Fleet Flo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our fleet management SaaS platform.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored as a salted hash). For team members you invite, we collect their email address and assigned role.
We store vehicle details you enter, including make, model, year, VIN, license plate, color, rental rates, and maintenance records.
We store information about your renters and drivers that you input, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment history, and uploaded documents (e.g., driver's licenses, insurance cards, rental agreements).
Payment transactions recorded in the system (amounts, methods, dates, statuses) are stored in our database. Full payment card details are processed and stored by Square — we do not store raw card numbers or CVVs.
If you connect a GPS integration (e.g., Bouncie), vehicle location data is retrieved from that provider and displayed within the app. We store GPS event logs including geofence alerts, speeding events, and location history as provided by the third-party GPS service.
We automatically collect log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and error reports to improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
All Fleet Flo data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2+. Our database uses Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure strict tenant isolation — each workspace can only access its own data.
We implement industry-standard security measures including regular backups, vulnerability scanning, and access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspected security incidents to hello@lonewolfco.com.
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
Supabase
Database hosting, authentication, and file storage
Square
SaaS subscription billing and in-app payment processing
Twilio
SMS notifications and communication (if enabled)
Bouncie
GPS vehicle tracking and geofencing (if connected)
Resend
Transactional email delivery
Sentry
Error monitoring and performance tracking
Vercel
Application hosting and edge network
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export your data.
Certain data (e.g., payment records) may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as accounting and fraud prevention.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
