These SMS Terms describe the Fleet Flo text-messaging program. Fleet Flo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Amatista LLC. This program is for Fleet Flo account holders (the rental operators who use our platform). Mobile numbers are collected through the public account signup form at fleetflo.app/signup: you receive these messages only because you opted in there by checking a distinct, default-unchecked SMS consent checkbox and providing your own mobile number. By opting in you agree to receive recurring automated text messages as described below. These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Fleet Flo sends transactional text messages to its account holders about their own Fleet Flo account. Messages may include:
These are transactional, account-related messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
You will only receive text messages if you opted in on the Fleet Flo signup form, via a distinct, separate checkbox that is unchecked by default, and provided your mobile number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account, of any purchase, or of using the service. We record your consent with a timestamp and capture source at the time it is given.
Message frequency varies and is recurring based on your account activity (for example, when a subscription payment fails). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Fleet Flo is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive text messages from this program; we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To re-enable alerts, contact hello@fleetflo.app.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change at any time.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that help us deliver messaging (such as Twilio), and only to send the messages you have consented to.
