These SMS Terms describe the Fleet Flo text-messaging program. Fleet Flo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Amatista LLC. Fleet Flo does not collect mobile numbers through a public web form. You receive these messages only because you gave express consent to your rental operator to be texted at your mobile number, and your operator recorded that consent in Fleet Flo when your rental was set up. By giving that consent you agree to receive recurring automated text messages as described below. These SMS Terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Fleet Flo sends transactional text messages to rental customers (renters) on behalf of the rental operators who use our platform. Messages relate to your rental account and may include:
These are transactional, account-related messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.
You will only receive text messages if you have provided express consent to your rental operator to be contacted by SMS at the mobile number on your account. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, rental, or service. Your operator records your consent at the time it is collected.
Message frequency varies and is recurring based on your account activity and your operator’s settings (for example, when a payment is due or a reminder is scheduled). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Fleet Flo and your operator are not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will no longer receive text messages from that program; we will send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To opt back in, ask your operator to re-enable SMS for your account.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change at any time.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent records, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share phone numbers only with the service providers that help us deliver messaging (such as Twilio), and only to send the messages you have consented to.
