SMS Opt-In & Consent

Fleet Flo (operated by Amatista LLC) is a vehicle-rental management platform. Fleet Flo sends transactional account, billing, and subscription alerts only, and only to its own account holders who opt in. There is no marketing or promotional texting, and consent to SMS is never required to create an account or to use Fleet Flo. This page documents exactly how an account holder consents to receive those messages, so the opt-in can be reviewed and verified.

How account holders opt in

Consent is collected on the public account signup form at https://fleetflo.app/signup. The flow is:

1. On the first step of the signup form, the person creating the account sees a distinct, separate SMS opt-in checkbox that is unchecked by default and is never required to create an account or complete signup.
2. If, and only if, they actively check the box, a field appears for their own mobile number.
3. Fleet Flo stores the consent flag together with a timestamp and the capture source as durable opt-in evidence. Account SMS is never sent to an account holder who did not opt in.

The consent disclosure (exactly as shown on the signup form)

This is the verbatim consent control on the Fleet Flo signup form. It is shown here exactly as it first appears: unchecked. The account holder must actively check it: it is never pre-selected, and account SMS is never sent unless it is checked:

Default state: unchecked. This sample is shown default-unchecked, exactly as on the live form. No pre-selection. Consent is voluntary and is never a condition of creating an account or using the service.

What messages are sent

Every message is transactional and is triggered by the account holder’s own Fleet Flo subscription account activity:

• Billing alerts, such as a failed or past-due subscription payment
• Subscription alerts: plan and renewal updates
• Important account updates

Message frequency varies with account activity. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program, and consent to SMS is never a condition of creating an account or using the service.

Opting out (STOP) & help (HELP)

Any recipient can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; they will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Replying HELP returns the program name, rate notice, and support contact. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.
